Great product even better customer service

Purchased two pumpkinhead glasses and one came broken even though it was wrapped perfectly. Called Jack and a few days later I received a replacement. In the middle of this busy Christmas season, that is incredible customer service. And the glasses are perfect. I recommend this site to anyone.

I was a little nervous at first buying these glasses online . Not sure if this was a fraud website. But it was a local company and wanted to support them. After purchase, I received email confirmation . Glasses arrived very quickly . And inside was a hand written note from owner thanking me the purchase. That is something you don't ever see anymore.
I will recommend them any time. Thank you for a great experience .
